We are looking for a brilliant engineer to lead our Support team. This group is in charge of all customer deployments, support, cloud deployment and internal environments.
About the position
- Lead the Support team
- Manage Personetics internal and customers' technical issues
- Define and enforce processes and policies within the team and the company
- Become the expert, technically lead the team
- 3+ years of experience as a support team leader
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise technical support
- Excellent service oriented skills
- Proven team leadership capabilities
- Experience with Web Applications Servers (Tomcat/Websphere/etc)
- Understanding of Linux/UNIX and SQL
- Understanding of networking and information security concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- ·Bachelor’s degree, certification in Engineering, or proven professional training in a software-related field
- Code troubleshooting capabilities : Java, debugging tools
- Web development technologies : HTML, Jscript , CSS
- Experience with IBM/ Oracle enterprise stack
