As part of our growing business, we are looking for a talented System analyst to join the APAC customer success team.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with leading skills and
a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Key role in the APAC delivery group
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customers issues
- Work closely with business and technology units
- Customer Oriented
- 2-4 year of experience as a Data Analyst/ System Analyst/ Support
- Excellent service-oriented skills
- High level of technical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Customer-facing experience - must
- Financial industry experience (retail banking, credit card, prepaid) - an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English-Must

- Pre-sales experience – an advantage
- Strong SQL skills- an advantage
- Big advantage for additional spoken languages – Korean or Japanese
