As part of our growing business we are looking for a talented System analyst to join the APAC customer success team.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with ךeading skills and
proactive approach to problem solving.
About the position
- Key role in the APAC delivery group
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customers issues
- Work closely with business and technology units
- Customer Oriented
- 1-3 year of experience as a Data Analyst/ System Analyst/ Support
- Excellent service oriented skills
- High level of Technical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently
- Highly proficient in English- Must
- Strong SQL skills- advantage
- Customer facing experience - advantage
