About The Position
We are growing and looking to hire an experienced and talented Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Account payable management - new vendor creation (local and foreign), account payables reconciliation
- Foreign vendors tax deduction management
- Processing vendor invoices, Payments and Journal Entries in a multi-currencies ERP system
- Travel reports and employee reimbursements management
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
- Bank reconciliation
- Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
Requirements
- Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 3
- 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High tech company - a must
- English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
- Experience with Netsuite – must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Service-oriented
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
