Personetics, a leading Startup that helps banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized experiences to their retail customers across all digital channels. We are expanding out IT team and looking for a new team member to support our global organization.
We are looking for a technological talented IT Team leader. Hands-on with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, ambitious and highly motivate for supporting company end-users and technologies.
Responsibilities
· Manage the IT team, daily tasks and projects.
· Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
· Configure and administrate Information systems.
· Conduct IT related trainings to new hires, users and technical teams as needed.
· Assist with network administration.
· Support employees worldwide - with all IT issues.
Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
· Experienced with Microsoft environment including Win 10, Server 2016/2019 and Office.
· Experienced with Active Directory (including Azure AD, hybrid deployment, user management office 365 and SharePoint).
· Familiar with NTFS and SHARE permissions.
· Experience with desktops, laptops, hardware & peripherals.
· Familiar with NTFS and SHARE permissions.
· Experience & knowledge in networking (Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking: DNS, DHCP, subnets, IP addressing), switches, and routing.
· IT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active directory, O365, Intune)
· Experience with Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
· Good written & verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English
Nice to have
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field.
· Hands-on scripting knowledge – PowerShell / Bash
· Linux basic commands
· Understanding with Identity Provider/ SSO concepts such as Okta.
· Knowledge and experience working with Firewall & VPN
