We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. About The Position
As a SaaS integration Engineer, you will work with up-to-date technologies to increase productivity and customer deployments efforts and support integrating clients into our SaaS production system. Responsibilities
- Join a team to install, integrate and operate end-to-end solutions and features, from design to production
- Run production systems and manage CI/CD
- Support customers during on boarding to connect and integrate their data into our system
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to repeating environment issues
- Share the on-call rotation and act as an escalation contact for incidents
- Influence design / architecture of services to proactively prevent system failures
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Application Integration/SRE/Production Operations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills and ability to manage priorities
- Hands-On Experience with the following:
- Linux and Docker
- Scripting - python, bash, Groovy
- k8s/openshift or other containers Orchestration tools
- Helm package manager
- Working on public cloud – at least AWS or AZURE Cloud
- Working with git VCS
- Databases – Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
Nice to have
- Terraform IaC or similar – experience with GitOps
- CI/CD solutions preferable Jenkins
- Deployment automation tools - Ansible (or similar)
- Knowledge on Maven and Nexus or similar registry solution
