About The Position

We are growing and looking for a talented Sales Operations to join our sales team.In this role, you will focus on driving operational excellence, system efficiencies, and effective communication across the teams to create synergies and alignment. A successful Sales Operation is a self-starter, has excellent analytical skills, is well organized, able to multi-task, and comfortable contacting and speaking with banking experts and decision makers across the globe.


  • Leads sales forecasting
  • Evaluation of performance metrics, comparison to targets, planning, and forecasting
  • Tracking and reporting of data, performance, targets with dashboard and resolution management across the company
  • Supports go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the sales process efficiency, boost productivity, and drive business performance and growth
  • Support new strategic initiatives from kickoff through delivery
  • Field Ops
  • Management of divisional meetings and follow-ups of actions and open items
  • Centralization of org policies and guidelines, updates to playbooks, sharing across the org systems
  • Partners with Sales management to ensure process and technology efficiency
  • Manage targets, quotas, allocations and commissions performance by market, team, roles, and verticals


  • 2+ years of experience of Sales Operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multitask
