Head of Marketing


About The Position

Personetics is helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement. As part of our growing business we are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the company’s global marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have meaningful and relevant experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding, positioning and B2B lead acquisition.

 Experience in Fintech/Banking/Finance/Consulting preferred.

The Head of Marketing will report to the VP Strategy & Business Development and will lead a distributed Marketing team. 

About the position

·        Oversee and grow the marketing department, managing consistent growth by securing new accounts and expanding existing accounts

·        Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan, strategies, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales

·        Define Marketing calendar, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget

·        Work closely with sales to create an effective lead funnel focused on growing the inbound and outbound lead stream

·        Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design, testing, implementation, tracking, reporting, analysis, and


·        Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence

·        Monitor progress and improve performance metrics


·      Brand strategy and development, visual and written

·        Inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and hand-over

·        Marketing automation, scoring, nurturing

·        PR, analyst relations, partner marketing

·        Content marketing, product collateral, social media marketing

·        Product Marketing, sales and customer enablement

·        Field marketing, channel marketing

·        Virtual and F2F events, meetups, webinars

·        Implementing and monitoring marketing strategies that align with our business goals to increase revenue and grow our brand

·       Develop & maintain constant & close working relationships with clients, partners, advisors and agencies

·       Develop a subject matter expert position and collaborating relationships & advisory with clients’ marketing teams


·        Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, or Marketing Director in a technology company

·        Proven management experience, and strong execution abilities

·        Solid knowledge of B2B2C techniques, Fintech preferred

·        Experience with the following tools :

Salesforce.com – or similar

HubSpot – or similar

ABM platform

Zoominfo/SalesIntel – or similar

Outreach/Salesloft – or similar

·        Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

·        Experience with both brand marketing + lead acquisition/lead generation/goal-oriented campaigns – ABM preferred

·        Excellent leadership, decision-making and organizational skills

·        Analytical and creative thinking

·        Strong technical orientation

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong copywriting skills
