Personetics is on an exciting growth trajectory and we are looking for a Business Analyst Manager to join us. This position is responsible for increasing sustainable proven value of Personetics’ solutions for our customer accounts, while managing and growing a team of Product SME/Business Analysts within the global Customer Success department.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with leadership skills, custumer facing experience and proactive approach to problem solving.


  • Disseminate best practices and global learnings on how to rapidly deploy and achieve success with AI-based solutions
  • Be a thought-partner to the banks, advising them how to deploy AI-based solutions and achieve success
  • Perform business analysis to support the deployment Personetics Solutions
  • Lead/Perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, insight validation and issue impact analysis
  • Perform statistical analysis and tune the model set
  • Respond to Business and Functional requirement requests
  • Design and write functional specs for customer requirements
  • Support the implementation team during users acceptance test
  • Work closely with business and technology units
  • Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective
  • Analyze, specify, and validate new business requirements and participate in new product designs


  • 3+ years of experience leading a Business Analysts / Consultants team
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/P/Business Analyst/Project Manager or similar
  • Hands On experience in SQL – A MUST 
  • Customer facing experience-A MUST 
  • Experience with Data Mining/designing analytical models
  • Experience interacting with product management, and product development
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
  • Customer facing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Experience writing detailed specifications
  • Team oriented and yet able to work independently
  • Able to thrive in a fast passed environment and learn quickly
  • Highly proficient in English

Nice to have

  • Financial services experience (banking, Credit Cards or insurance)
  • External Consulting or Professional Services experience at a vendor
  • Background in software development 
  • Experience with tableau
