The Sr Sales Engineer is internally and externally recognized as an expert on Personetics key offerings for top global financial institutions. This individual has broad and detailed domain knowledge, strategic, functional, and technical understanding of Personetics solution capabilities. Our ideal candidate has a love of all things finance & fintech and understands where the market is heading and how the best banks will get there.

Responsibilities

  • Act as product SME to all potential and existing clients, demonstrate product capabilities and industry best practices
  • Act as project manager and technical architect for all POCs and Pilots
  • Act as lead technical consultant to our customers guiding them through initial implementation
  • Influence decisions from both strategic and technical levels within our client’s organizations
  • Assess business problems and recommend solutions to our customers Work collaboratively with Personetics Product managers, Engineering, Account Executives
  • Support Sales Executive in sales planning and execution of account-based campaigns
  • Drive and respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Translate customer requirements into internal facing documentation for purpose of defining scope, resource requirements, and development costs

Requirements

  • Quick learning
  • Confident speaker & strong presentation skills
  • Very organized and able to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Passionate about how solutions deliver benefits to clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous software development or architecture experience
  • Strong project management experience
  • Knowledge of banking- An advantage
  • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics- An advantage

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or similar
  • Experience in Linux, Java and SQL a plus
  • Experience with Machine Learning or Data Analytics a plus
