Enterprise Sales Executive


About the position

Personetics is helping financial institutions and financial services companies deliver highly relevant, timely, and hyper-personalized experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We are pioneering and establishing a new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.

As part of our growing business we are looking for a talented and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our US-based team.

 This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-integrity territory and pipeline plan with a focus on LFI/Regional banks, Top 25 credit unions, Fintechs, and financial services providers.

 The Enterprise Sales Executive works closely with the company’s US management and Tel Aviv teams to strategically penetrate new accounts, manage existing clients and cultivate new business opportunities


  • Proactively prospecting for new clients within assigned territory
  • Working closely with marketing and SDRs to create and execute on territory awareness plans and build inbound interesT
  • Generate new opportunities by managing inbound leads 
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs in Salesforce to ensure territory coverage and growth
  • Ability to position the Personetics Platform as a strategic, enterprise data partnership that will enable the client to execute on their long-term digital and engagement roadmap for consumer, SMB, and Wealth
  • Remain informed around industry trends that may offer a competitive advantage for the individual and the team
  • Work with the pre-sales engineering team to hone prospect-specific messaging and presentations
  • Work with the Strategic Account Management team to maintain client relationships and identify new product sales and growth opportunities
  • Work with management to prepare quotes and negotiate contracts 


  • 5-7 years of selling financial services software or working in fintech with a focus on PFM, digital banking, data aggregation, payments, AI, personalization, or digital marketing platforms
  • Experience in selling to financial services companies (Tier 1 & regional banks, Top 25 credit unions, FinTech's, and Non-traditional institutions such as Wealth Advisors or Insurance)
  • Experience in both SaaS and Licensed Software sales preferred
  •  Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals 
  • Highly motivated and responsible self-starter with the ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to quickly learn solution sets and position value over price
  • Sales experience in start-up companies is preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trust with both business line and technical audiences
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite 
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus 
  • Ability to work in a team environment
