Partnering with the right AI provider helps Metro Bank go to market quickly

Parminder Mann, Head of Mobile for Metro Bank, talks about the recently launched Insights which helps Metro customers stay on top of their day-to-day finances.

Speaking about the bank’s partnership with Personetics, Mann emphasized the importance of getting the solution out to market quickly to stay ahead of the competition:

“… our recent integration of this artificial intelligence piece with a provider called Personetics, based in Tel Aviv, we were able to get that up and going and out to customers quite quickly… it’s all about the ethos of the revolution in banking. We do want to disrupt, we do want to be that revolution in banking.”
