- EMEA holds the strongest ROI conviction of any region: 92% say that linking digital engagement to business outcomes is very or extremely important, yet they convert just 56% of that engagement into measurable outcomes.
- 77% of EMEA banks cite data silos between business lines as a top barrier to contextualized intelligence — the single most severe structural barrier found anywhere in the survey.
- EMEA is the most bullish region on Gen AI, with 94% calling it a significant or transformational opportunity, yet it has the lowest full-integration rate of any region, at just 4%.
- 36% of EMEA banks say generic, one-size-fits-all offers are the top reason campaigns fail to convert — a higher share than any other region.
