About The Position
Our team is growing and we are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our R&D Customer Solutions team. You'll work as part of a squad responsible for making changes and customize our product to support our customer’s needs and challenges. You will use cutting edge technology and advanced tools as part of this role. Personetics is looking for passionate individuals who want to make an impact and help Banks deliver personalized engagement to over 130 million users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Implement product specific customizations – manually and using multiple scripts – for customizing Personetics products based on business requirements
- Create and edit JSON/XML/Properties files based on product guidelines
- Create and support scripts to automate the configuration process
- Run and unit-test the system in order to validate the changes you made
- Use advanced DevOps tools to package and deploy our products on various environments
- Communicate different teams such as Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Product and R&D in order to understand the customizations options
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Software Development degree – BSC or Practical Engineer.
- Knowledge of XML/JSON formats
- Experience using Linux.
- Good knowledge of SQL (oracle/sql server preferred)/Git/HTTP
- Good technical skills – ability to quickly learn how to use different tools (apps, web-based etc)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Team player, Quick learner, Independent with great communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Highly motivated, Self-driven, works independently.
- Ability to work in a demanding and high pace environment.
