About The Position

The Sales Executive will be responsible for building, maintaining and ensuring the quality of the prospect and lead funnel.

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is leading Personetics into the DACH region. A highly skilled team and fantastic references are supporting you. But you know that to hit the growth target most of your pipeline is self-generated through your own network. 

It is an individual contributor role and you own the sales cycle with medium- and large-sized banks in the DACH region – from prospecting stage to closing deals.

Responsibilities


  • Owning the Personetics growth plan for the DACH region 
  • Collaborating with the supporting team, consisting of business development, partner management, presales, product, and management 
  • Prospecting for new clients, by analyzing customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying projects and scoping potential solutions  
  • Positioning the Personetics solution as a strategic advantage to a prospect’s long term needs  
  • Close deals 


Requirements


  • Proven successful experience (5+ years) in a hunter sales role selling complex software solutions to large enterprises 
  • Familiar with building relationships with senior business stakeholders including head of Retail / consumer Banking, Head of Digital (sales and marketing), CIO, CTO, CDO  
  • Experience selling into the German banking sector (Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks preferred) 
  • Technology background 
  • Ability to operate at and influence the C-suite 
  • Energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals  
  • Excellent German and English 
  • Fun to work with and you bring positive energy to the rest of the team
