Personetics is on an exciting growth trajectory and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team where you will lead End-to-end Philippines / APAC recruitment processes, engage closely with local and global, site-level management to help drive support of the business and have a direct impact on the overall success of the company


  • Manage Full-Lifecycle Recruitment processes end-to-end- from initiation, understanding business needs, building the interviewing process, job posting, sourcing, kickoffs, coordinating, performing HR interviews, and extending offers
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience
  • Proactively focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and other creative methods to ensure consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Support candidate on-boarding process
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;
  • Deliver high levels of performance, results & service excellence in a fast-growing global startup


  •  4+ years’ experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter in the Philippines
  • Expert knowledge of talent acquisition practices including sourcing, attraction  interviewing/ assessment and getting candidates on board
  • Superuser when it comes to recruitment tools and systems
  • Experience in high-tech organizations and local recruiting
  • Experience with conducting in-depth HR interviews, assessment, selection  experience, and negotiations
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written 
  • Pan Asian recruiting experience- advantage
