We help banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their retail customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering establishing a new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement serving over 100 million bank customers worldwide.
We are growing and looking to hire an experinaced and talented Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with bookkeepers, controllers and other finance teams
- Handle a variety of ongoing bookkeeping duties – accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of accounts, fixed assets and payments
- Provide bookkeeping for all global accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet).
- Process employee expense reports.
- Record fixed assets and depreciation, and prepare reconciliations.
- Record pre-paid expenses and amortization.
- Maintain bank account ledgers and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare analytical reviews and month-end accruals.
- Report VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to global authorities.
- Report to additional institutions such as social security, the IRS, etc.
- Assist with audit and quarterly closing support as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Bookeeper
- Experience in all accounting processes (payments/ Banks/ AP and monthly closing)
- Previous experience in a high-tech company and multi-currency environment – Must
- Strong Excel skills
- Capable of managing multiple currency systems
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Technology oriented with creative mind
- Highly organized and reliable with great attention to detail
- Fluent Hebrew and high level of English
- Experience in high tech companies
- Startup mentality, roll up your sleeves attitude!
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience working with NETSUITE - an advantage
