About The Position
As part of our growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our successful Products team. In this role, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, understanding the product vision, and working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and operations. Our Product Manager will be an expert in the product, including its features and functionality, user experience, and connections to other parts of the platform.
A successful candidate will be creative and resourceful, able to drive the team and the product forward as the backbone of the company. This person will also know when to compromise and when to push forward, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Work directly and indirectly with customers to analyze their needs and translate these needs into product vision and requirements.
- Collect and analyze requirements from all stakeholders: management, operations, sales, and marketing.
- Define and communicate requirements for engineering teams and customers, including writing detailed product specifications, user stories, wireframes, and technical and analytical specifications.
- Become an expert in all aspects of the product (look & feel, flows, features, users, industry – including competitors).
Requirements
- 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS companies, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with analytical technologies (integrated off-the-shelf products or in-house technologies).
- Experience with R&D teams and within cross-functional customer project teams.
- Strong understanding of UX and UI.
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and within the organization.
- Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to travel abroad to meet customers (up to 8 times a year).
Nice to have
- MBA or finance-related degree.
- Experience in data and analytics working with data models, ML, and AI.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
