About The Position
As part of our growth, we are looking for a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for the company’s flagship product: Personetics Engage — an AI-driven banking solution that delivers personalized, real-time financial insights to help customers achieve their financial goals.
In this role, you will take a proactive, outbound approach to help develop and enhance features that empower banks to offer personalized, proactive financial advice, thereby improving customer engagement and satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving product initiatives and establishing relationships with clients and stakeholders outside the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Address the needs of various personas, including Bank Users (B2C), Digital App Developers, Bank Managers (B2B), and IT Managers, focusing on UX, technical tools, business insights, and security.
- Act as the primary product contact for Tier-1 bank IT and marketing stakeholders, presenting roadmaps, gathering feedback, and conducting demos, workshops, and presentations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and client needs to ensure the product remains competitive and gather user feedback to guide product enhancements.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS companies, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or computer science.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital products, SDKs, or APIs.
- Customer-facing skills: Demonstrated ability to engage with Tier-1 enterprise clients, particularly IT and marketing leaders, to influence decisions and resolve challenges.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of digital customer engagement trends and financial wellness solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to travel abroad to meet customers (up to 8 times a year).
Nice to have
- MBA or finance-related degree.
- Experience in data and analytics working with data models, ML, and AI.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
