As part of our growth, we are currently looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-lifecycle hiring processes end-to-end: From initiation, understanding business needs and building the interviewing process, through kickoffs, coordination, performance of HR interviews and offer extensions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and work to continually improve our candidate experience
- Proactively focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and other creative methods to ensure consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
- Support candidate on-boarding process
- Coach and guide hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes, and interview skills
- Deliver high levels of performance, results & service excellence in a fast-growing global startup, and build strong relationships with all levels of managers and employees
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter
- Expert knowledge of talent acquisition practices including sourcing, attraction, interviewing/ assessment, and getting candidates on board
- Superuser when it comes to recruitment tools and systems
- Experience in high-tech organizations and global recruiting
- Experience with conducting in depth HR interviews, assessment, selection and negotiations
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly independent, passionate, resourceful, with a hands-on HR approach
- Multi-task and fast learner
