Personetics is an enterprise-software growth-phase Fintech start-up. We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.
We are growing and looking for a talented Machine Learning Developer to join our R&D team.
Responsibilities
● Design and write efficient and scalable code to create and operate ML systems, in production and development environments.
● Build and improve the functionality of existing ML systems. identify pitfalls and suggest solutions to overcome them.
● Expand the ML infrastructure and make it scalable and robust to help bring diverse models to production
Requirements
● B.Sc. (M.Sc. preferred) in Computer Science / Math / Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
● 3+ years of experience in SW engineering.
● 2+ years of experience in ML research and engineering with proven knowledge of deploying ML
products in live production environments.
● Strong knowledge in Python and Java (Spring).
● Hands-on and theoretical background in data mining, advanced statistical analysis, and Machine
Learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, NN, etc)
● Comfortable taking challenges and learning new technologies, including new coding languages.
● Capability to design, implement and test according to a set of requirements.
● Good understanding of software services and Microservices.
● Experience in MLOps methods – Docker, Kubernetes Etc – an advantage
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constant dialog among stakeholders
● Strong sense of ownership over the products of the team
● Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
