We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.
We are growing and looking for a talented Project Manager to join our service team.
About The Position
- Personetics is searching for a mid-level developer to help us build the world’s next generation financial applications at the world’s biggest banks
- You’ll build tools for the sales team to communicate Personetics product offerings to customers
- You’ll build custom POCs to show our customers how their next gen bank could look
- You’ll act as a consultant and provide technical oversight, advice, and custom solutions directly to the world’s biggest banks
- Your work will directly affect the finances of millions of people around the globe
- This is a semi-customer facing role with a high level of ownership of the codebase and overall software architecture
Requirements
- 3-5 years spent in a development role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Experience in development of applications using Java (Core, J2EE, WEB)
- Client side technologies ( Javascript, jquery, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Flutter)
- Mobile Technologies (android, ios)
- Application server experience: Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere
- Web Services: Rest, SOAP
- Basic Networking understanding (e.g. Load Balancers, Network Appliances, Firewalls)
- Experience with databases
- Experience Integrating enterprise applications
- UML knowledge (Sequence Diagrams, Component Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams)
- Comfortable working in a high pressure and tight timelines People Skills:
- Superior communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with the business
- Ability to work independently and part of a matrixed team
- Collaborating with senior sales and management members
