As we continue to grow and expand we are looking for Solutions Engineer to join our US based team.
About The Position
The Solutions Engineer is internally and externally recognized as an expert on Personetics key offerings for global financial institutions, how they work, and how they are implemented by our customers. This individual has broad and detailed domain knowledge as well as functional and technical understanding of the solution capabilities.
Responsibilities
Technical
- Articulate architecture options and work with bank to design optimal technical architecture based on customer requirements
- Work with customer to estimate project resources and effort required to implement
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales to ensure optimal solutions
- Translates customer requirements into internal facing documentation for purpose of definition and estimations of requirements
Business
- Demonstrate and communicate Product capabilities and Industry best practices
- Works with internal teams to ensure customer’s needs are met
- Act as lead consultant to influence stakeholders across the client organization, establish credibility with both business and technical functions.
Management
- Project Manage customer POCs and lead educational workshops on the product
- Manage overall RFP, RFI, and technical vetting process
Requirements
- Hands on technical background
- Knowledge of banking
- Have led projects start to finish within an organization
- Quick learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer facing and presentation skills
- Conversational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, architecture, analytics, Linux, Java and SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar, with an MBA a plus
- 2+ years of professional experience as a solutions engineer or 5+ years of financial services technology experience as a technical project manager, technical product manager, software developer, or technical consultant.
