About the position

Personetics is the leading global provider of data-driven personalization and customer engagement solutions for the Financial Services industry, serving over 65 million bank customers worldwide.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will help strengthen and broaden our relationships current customers, working closely with Delivery, Product and Sales teams. The ideal candidate has consultative experience within the financial services industry, specifically with digital teams. He or she has experience working cross-functionally between sales and R&D, and a track record of senior stakeholder management

Responsibilities

·        Directly responsible for “business” success at existing customer (pilot and licensed accounts)

·        Promote expanded usage of Personetics platform through greater customer exposure and product utilization

·        Foster relationships with bank business sponsors

·        Promote internal initiatives to optimize the quality of each deployment

·        Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and secure new business stakeholders at select bank partners

·        Lead planning cycle with bank partner to ensure ongoing success of the platform

·        Once travel resumes, the candidate will need to travel to customers for key strategic meetings

Requirements

·        5+ years working in financial services/fintech industry

·        2+ years in customer-facing consultative capacity

·        2+ years working in a B2B software company (preferably with on-premise deployments)

·        Strategically minded and value-driven

·        Self-starter and hard worker

·        Excellent communicator

·        Fluency in a second language – strong advantage
