About the position

As a Solutions Consultant at Personetics, you will serve as a strategic partner to the sales team, acting as the technical and domain expert throughout the sales cycle. You will play a critical role in engaging with prospective financial institutions and partners, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how our solutions drive measurable value across banking, lending, payments, or wealth management. 

You’ll lead discovery sessions, craft tailored solution demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. This role requires strong financial services knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex customer challenges with innovative technology. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead presales strategies while supporting Sr Account Executives and overall sales process for all new prospects and existing clients 
  • Demonstrate and communicate Product capabilities and Industry best practices 
  • Project manage and prospect POCs, lead educational workshops on the product and delivery 
  • Influence stakeholders across the client organization, which includes building credibility with both business and technical functions 
  • Assess business problems and recommend consultative solutions within core areas of knowledge 
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Services, Partnerships & Sales 
  • Drive RFPs and RFIs, ensuring progress of the sales cycle 
  • Support internal delivery and technical teams by gathering overall customer requirements and maintaining strong communication throughout the organization 
  • Translate customer requirements into internal facing documentation, laying a strong foundation for the delivery and implementation teams 
  • Act as an active voice of the customer to the product team by listening to customer requests and formulating summarized recommendations 

 

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of banking industry   
  • Strong organization skills, quick learner and strong multitasker who can move from project to project  
  • Excellent communication skills, including customer facing presentation skills  
  • Credible knowledge of high-level topics in architecture, analytics, Linux, Java and SQL  
  • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics as plus  
  • 5+ years of technical Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting experience  
  • 2+ years in banking, or banking professional services industry  
  • Customer facing enterprise sales experience, and/or Presales lead experience   
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
