About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical VP of Corporate Development to join our growing team. In this role, you will help shape the strategic direction of the company through strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact opportunities that align with the company’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and execute strategic growth opportunities, including M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, and investments.
  • Lead and support all phases of transaction execution: sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, operations, etc.) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsel).
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and uncover emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition and partnership targets.
  • Develop presentation materials and communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and the board of directors.
  • Support long-range planning and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, banking, or corporate development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and evaluate creative, strategic ideas that drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Prior experience working with a dynamic partner ecosystem of technology and delivery partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of M&A processes, due diligence, and corporate finance.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, business case development, and market analysis.
  • Exposure to integration planning and post-deal execution.


Salary Range: $270,000 - $350,000
