We’re seeking a strategic and creative Director of Content Marketing to lead the development and execution of a global content strategy that elevates our brand, engages financial industry stakeholders, and drives demand for our products. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B content leader with deep experience in enterprise software and a strong grasp of the fintech space. 

About the position

As the Director of Content Marketing, you will own a multi-format content program—from thought leadership and customer storytelling to product marketing content and demand-generation assets. You will lead a team of writers and video producers, manage a global content calendar, and ensure alignment with marketing, product, and sales priorities across regions. 

This role requires a master storyteller who can translate complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how the world understands our innovations and how prospects experience our brand. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global content strategy to support brand awareness, market positioning, and pipeline generation across regions. 
  • Create and manage a diverse portfolio of content, including: 
  • Customer case studies and testimonials 
  • Product-centric content that showcases value and differentiation 
  • Executive-level thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, and more 
  • Translate complex fintech and software topics into clear, compelling messaging for non-technical business decision-makers. 
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and regional marketing teams to ensure content relevance and impact. 
  • Manage and grow a high-performing content team (writers, editors, and video producers), as well as freelancers and agency partners. 
  • Own the editorial calendar and ensure consistent storytelling across all channels and formats. 
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO/AIO, aligned with lead generation goals, and measured for performance. 
  • Act as a brand steward, maintaining voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all content. 
  • Support global go-to-market campaigns and events driven by our regional field marketing managers, with tailored content. 


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven experience developing content for fintech or financial services audiences
  • Strong background in enterprise software marketing is required. 
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex, technical subject matter into accessible, benefit-driven content. 
  • Skilled storyteller and editor with an eye for both narrative and detail. A track record of developing content that supports competitive differentiation.  
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across geographies. 
  • Knowledge of SEO/AIO, digital marketing, marketing automation, and performance measurement. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with flexibility for shifting priorities.
