About the position
Personetics is seeking a Director of Product Portfolio Management to lead the orchestration of our product modules and cross-functional coordination across the portfolio. This is a strategic operations role focused on synchronizing planning, execution, and performance across the product organization. This role does not require domain expertise in fintech or banking, but rather a strong operational mindset and expertise in product management and development best practices.
Responsibilities
- Align Products & Modules: Coordinate dependencies across product lines and modules to ensure an integrated, coherent value proposition and functional completeness across the Personetics platform.
- Strategic Customer Requests: Serve as the single point of contact for managing large customer requests that span multiple modules, coordinating analysis and response efforts across the product team.
- Roadmap Planning & Alignment: Drive alignment with product managers, product marketing, and PMO to plan and deliver four major market releases annually, ensuring feasibility and coordinated execution.
- Annual Planning & Budget Integration: Support the annual product planning process, partnering with PMO and R&D to evaluate feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and align roadmaps with capacity and budget constraints.
- Champion Best Practices: Lead and evangelize product management excellence including backlog management, product discovery, PDLC integration, UX alignment, and cross-team collaboration.
- Portfolio Governance & Visibility: Implement and manage operational governance frameworks—track dependencies, risks, and progress through a unified dashboard and regular operating cadences.
- Product Metrics & Insights: Define, track, and analyze core product KPIs and performance metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction, delivery velocity) to guide continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Release Readiness Leadership: Ensure cross-product launch readiness by aligning product, marketing, engineering, customer success, and support teams for every quarterly release.
- Product Group Training & Enablement: Lead enablement for product team members on tools, templates, lifecycle stages, and evolving processes to improve consistency and impact across the group.
- Post-Release Review & Optimization: Drive retrospectives after each release cycle to surface process improvements and integrate feedback into future planning cycles.

- Strong influencing skills and process leadership across diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA or certifications (e.g. SAFe, PMP, Pragmatic, CSPO) preferred.
- Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator; thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.
