About the position

Personetics Enrich is a data-as-a-service (DaaS) product that delivers enriched, structured transaction data to banks for use across digital channels and internal analytics. It powers clearer, more intuitive customer experiences in the banking app, while also equipping data teams with consistent, high-quality inputs for segmentation, modeling, and business insights. As the Product Manager for Enrich, you’ll define the product’s strategy, shape its roadmap, and drive its adoption and growth across a range of customer and market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Enrich, aligning with company strategy and evolving customer needs—balancing long-term direction with short-term execution.
  • Define and evolve use cases that leverage Personetics' enrichment models to deliver value to banks across digital experiences and data platforms.
  • Translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritization decisions—partnering closely with data, engineering, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams.
  • Drive product packaging, positioning, and enablement to support customer adoption, sales, and integration across diverse deployment models and geographies.
  • Lead strategic market research and competitive analysis to guide long-term product positioning, identify whitespace opportunities, and support marketing and go-to-market planning.
  • Participated in strategic sales as trusted advisor and product expert.
  • Lead and promote the product internally and externally by working collaboratively with presales, sales, CS and PS as well as r and d, other product managers and product marketing.

Requirements

  •  3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS data products, analytics, or API-based platforms.
  • Proven track record working with enterprise customers, including gathering requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and navigating complex deployment environments.
  • Strong ability to manage data-centric products from concept to delivery—balancing technical depth with business context.
  • Skilled in prioritization, structured thinking, and execution, with experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Comfortable collaborating across data, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to translate capabilities into customer value.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry, especially related to transaction data, digital channels, or customer analytics.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment or classification technologies, including merchant resolution, categorization, or taxonomy design.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and open banking standards such as GDPR, CCPA, PSD2, or FDX.
