As we continue to scale, we're seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead the next phase of our growth by bringing modern recruiting practices, building a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding talent outcomes.

About the position

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves for direct hiring initiatives and setting high-level talent strategies. This role will be responsible for rebuilding and scaling our global TA team, introducing innovative sourcing and hiring methodologies, and shaping the future of Personetics’ global teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC), ensuring consistent and high-quality hiring practices
  • Hands-On Recruiting: Personally source, engage, and hire for critical roles, particularly leadership, tech, and strategic positions
  • Team Leadership: Rebuild and develop the Talent Acquisition team globally, instilling best-in-class routines, structure, and KPIs
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement a scalable, data-driven recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR to strengthen Personetics' employer brand across markets
  • Process Optimization: Introduce efficient sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes using cutting-edge tools and methodologies
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver a strong candidate pipeline
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms where necessary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years leading teams
  • Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling global recruitment teams
  • Hands-on sourcing expertise (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM platforms)
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring process design
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with executive leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage tech company is highly preferred
  • Passion for talent, organizational excellence, and high-impact hiring
