About the position

Personetics is looking for a Business Application Manager to own our SaaS and business application portfolio end to end, and to lead how AI is actually implemented inside it. 

This is the bridge role between IT and the business. The person in this role makes sure every system we pay for is used correctly, by the right people, at the right depth, and drives the practical rollout of AI and agentic AI across our internal systems and processes. 

It is a hands-on role that combines three disciplines: system administration, business application ownership, and AI implementation and governance, Reports to the Head of IT. 

Because we serve banking and fintech clients, this role operates inside a regulated environment. Access control, data handling and audit evidence are part of the day job, not an afterthought. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor business system health, resolve integrations, API, sync, and availability issues, and escalate to vendors when needed.
  • Ensure that we fully utilize existing systems by activating unused features, optimizing configurations, and automating manual processes. Permission model (role-based access, JML, SSO/SCIM, access reviews) 
  • Self-service request and approval workflows  
  • SaaS inventory, overlap mapping, consolidation and decommissioning  
  • Evaluate and approve new tools across technical fit, security/compliance, and commercial value. Manage vendors, renewals, and licenses. 
  • Partner with departments to translate business needs into system configurations, automations, and integrations. 
  • AI implementation and agentic AI governance 

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business applications, SaaS operations, including hands-on ownership of at least three business platforms end to end - configuration, integrations and permissions, not first-line support. 
  • Hands-on administration of a work management platform such as Monday.com, Jira or Asana: building boards, automations, integrations and permission structures. 
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration with real depth in SharePoint Online - site architecture, permissions, document management and lifecycle. 
  • Proven experience designing and enforcing access and permission models, including SSO and SCIM or directory-based provisioning. 
  • Practical experience implementing AI tools and AI-driven automation in a business environment, with a track record of streamlining real processes and showing the time or quality gain. 
  • Experience working directly with business departments and translating their needs into system solutions. 
  • Project management skills: able to run a multi-stakeholder implementation or migration from scoping through rollout and adoption, managing timelines, dependencies, vendor coordination and stakeholder communication. Formal certification is not required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew. 


Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS management platforms such as Torii or Zluri. 
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise LLM platforms and agentic AI - Claude Enterprise, MCPs, connectors or agent frameworks. 
  • Experience leading a system consolidation or migration project.
