Personetics: Data-Driven Personalisation in Banking

Personetics’ platform for financial data-driven personalization and customer engagement was recognized at the Global FinTech Awards 2025.

Personetics has been named a winner in the Digital Banking category at the Global FinTech Awards 2025.

The company provides a platform for financial data-driven personalisation and customer engagement. The award acknowledges platforms that enhance the customer experience, improve accessibility and convenience and ensure data security and privacy.

The company’s technology uses AI to analyse customer transaction data. This helps financial institutions deliver highly personalised insights and advice.

Used by over 150 million customers in 130 banks across 35 markets, the platform is designed to shift banking from a passive to a proactive engagement model.

Udi Ziv CEO at Personetics said: “Cognitive Banking fundamentally shifts the paradigm from impersonal one-size-fits-all interactions to intelligent agentic partnerships between banks and customers.

“With the MCP Server we’re giving banks a foundational toolkit; one that translates our deep customer financial intelligence into real autonomous customer engagement mechanisms.

“This marks a powerful leap forward in enabling banks to act as trusted financial allies.”

Securing Customer Information

Personetics has had SOC2 Type II attestation by Ernst & Young for five consecutive years.

SOC2 Type II is an audit process for organisational Security & Privacy controls. Customer data is segregated between clients.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit with backups encrypted and immutable.

The company’s approach to data security is designed to meet the requirements of the financial services industry. These measures are in place to protect customer information.

Dorel Blitz, VP of Strategy & Business Development at Personetics previously stated: “When you are actually logging into your mobile banking application or on desktop, all of this highly personalised engagement–Insights, advice and savings tools—is actually driven by Personetics”

Customer Engagement and Retention

Personetics has delivered customer engagement and retention improvements through its partnerships with banks. At BMO the integration of Personetics’ platform led to customers rating the Savings Amplifier 4.7 out of 5 stars. Customers set over 100,000 savings goals. BMO experienced a surge in new deposit accounts and exceeded adoption targets.

At Synovus, Personetics helped deliver a personalised digital experience to 700,000 retail users.

Within a year 20% of digital users actively engaged with more than 60 contextualised insights.

This led to a 7% increase in relationship balances compared to 4% among non-engaged users.

There was an 80% boost in product cross-sell among engaged users and a 10% rise in J.D. Power satisfaction scores related to financial advice.
