Time for Action on Climate Change: How Carbon Footprinting Can Empower Consumers and Create a Green Banking Future
Consumer banking is taking on a leadership role in the fight against climate change. Over the past decade, investors, regulators and central banks have paved the way for ESG. The U.S. Federal Reserve now includes climate risk as part of its biannual financial stability report and has joined the Network for Greening the Financial System, an organization of other central banks that are mobilizing to support the transition to a sustainable economy.
